Shipping Policy
We currently offer $7 flat rate USPS Ground Advantage shipping in the United States. Orders of $150 or more receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping in the United States. All shipping options are displayed upon checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship orders within 3 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Return Policy
Due to the hand painted nature of our needlepoint canvases, we do not accept returns. Our goal is always to keep you (our customers!) happy, so if you have any issues with your order, please reach out promptly at hello@nashanddaughters.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Digital downloads cannot be returned and should not be shared or re-sold. Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately after checkout. Please contact us if you have any issues with digital delivery. Thank you!
